Product Warranty
All Snail Works products (not including merch items) are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
If you believe your Snail Works product is defective or has failed to perform as intended during the warranty period, please contact us at alex@snailworks.us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim process.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches or cosmetic damage.
The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to Snail Works for evaluation. If the product is found to be defective and covered under the warranty, Snail Works will repair or replace the product at no charge. Shipping costs for the replacement product are not included in the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
Snail Works reserves the right to determine whether a product is covered under warranty, and to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
